Did you know that 10% of Multnomah County's youth are disconnected from the school system? That's nearly 26,000 young people between the ages of 16 and 24 who are not in school and not working, who are full of opportunity and yet face barriers to meaningful pathways to success in school and life.
The East County Bridges Collaborative
Join the East County Bridges Collaborative.
We invite individuals from community-based organizations, schools, and public agencies to join the East County Bridges Collaborative, an initiative dedicated to reimagining how youth in East Multnomah and Northwest Clackamas counties access support, opportunity, and connection.
The ECB Collaborative is working to build a coordinated, system-wide network that breaks down silos and strengthens partnerships across sectors. By coming together, we aim to create a more inclusive and responsive ecosystem where young people can thrive.
As a member of the collaborative, you’ll be part of shaping shared strategies, aligning resources, and identifying gaps and solutions that reflect the lived experiences and needs of the youth we serve. Whether you bring expertise in education, mental health, housing, workforce development, or culturally specific services, your voice and partnership are vital.
Together, we can build a community infrastructure that uplifts every young person and ensures they have access to the support they need to succeed. Want to join?
